We Buy Parking (Now We Buy Property) is a social media ad campaign created for Brian Walls at Rapid Rentals. I was tasked with creating a "Fun, cartoony, energetic" advertisement featuring a mascot character in order to raise awareness of his parking purchase services.
I created Igor, the eager parking beaver, and pitched a high-octane race to the customer selling parking. Midway through production of this advertisement, the needs of the client changed, and as such I worked with Brian to adapt the advertisement from "We Buy Parking" to a more general "We Buy Property," replacing parking signs with for sale signs and changing the ending to promote the various types of property he purchases.
